Pray for London Bridge Attack and Borough Market Attack

Oh London…when will you have peace.
Just earlier today we were in East London, soaking in the sunshine, oblivious to what evil would show tonight.
As the news rolls in with updates, my heart sinks deeper for those hurt and lost.
I don’t want our hearts to become numb to these occurrences because of how often they seem to happen. Tonight, there are tears and broken hearts.
Tonight, we need to stop and pray for the London Bridge attack and the Borough Market attack victims.

Hey — I wrote a book about all of this.

Living Open-Handed is the devotional I wrote during a season when I really needed to hear these words myself. If you're in a place where you need to be encouraged by scripture and softened by grace, it might be for you too.
